We have secure online ordering with Paypal. All Credit Card charges will appear as Celebrity Hair Inc. 

 

Order Confirmation Email

Our system automatically emails your order receipt as soon as order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt check your spam settings, as you will probably find our emails in your bulk folder. To avoid this problem, turn off your spam filters, change your spam filter settings, or use an alternate e-mail address.  

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday online will be processed within 2 business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.  In stock items are shipped within 2 business day. Out of stock items are shipped within 8-10 business days.  

Out of Stock/Backorder Policy

While we always attempt to maintain a substantial in-stock quantity for all of our products, it is possible that we may have less in-stock quantity for a particular item than you want to order. Most out of stock items are shipped within approx. 8-10 business days*.  If you purchased overnight delivery for you’re out of stock item, no worries it will be shipped overnight when they become available. 

 

* Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed. If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, or unclaimed after placing your order; there will be a 50% cancellation/restocking fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.

Shipping/ billing address

For your own safety, if the shipping and the billing address differ you must email (*) a legible copy of your government issued photo id (driver's license, passport, etc), shortly after placing your order.

 

Signature Confirmation

For your protection all orders over $50 are shipped requiring signature confirmation. 

  

Shipment Tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx shipping confirmation number, so you can track your package.

  

Military Addresses

All military addresses (APO, AFO, AA, AE, and AP) can only be shipped FedEx priority mail, with certified signature confirmation. The FedEx does not ship express to military addresses.   

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect addresses, or other delays due to destination problems, incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or customer not being home to sign for package.

Package Size and Weight Up to 150 lbs. (for packages weighing 100–150 lbs., please follow the marking heavy boxes guidelines); 108" in length; 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
Exceptions FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. No hazardous materials to or from Alaska and Hawaii (see service restrictions).
 
FedEx Standard Overnight Service Details $22.00 up to 1lb
 
Delivery Times Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Check transit times.
Service Days Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
Package Size and Weight Up to 150 lbs. each; 119" in length; 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).

International Priority Shipping

FedEx International MailService Service Details
 
Delivery Times Either 4–7 or 7–11 international business days (Premium or Standard delivery).
Service Days Monday–Friday.
Delivery Area To all countries with a postal system.
Package Size and Weight Place international mail in a FedEx International MailService bag or box (up to 50 lbs. per bag or box).
Additional Information FedEx (or our designee) stamps and sorts each piece then tenders the shipment to the postal authority in the destination country. Some low-value dutiable commodities (CDs, household goods, film) may be accepted.

Shipping days/ Hours of operation

Monday-Friday, except all national holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Shipping days begin the following business day after order is placed. 

Coupons & Promotions Policy

Please redeem your coupon during checkout.  Coupons cannot be added after order is placed.  To do so, enter the code in the voucher section (at the bottom of the checkout page) and click recalculate.  In order to get the discount, you must place your order during the sale (if a code is not required) or you must use your coupon code during checkout (if a code is required).  Limit one coupon per order.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, share, exchange or release our customer
s personal information. Your information will be treated as confidential. We only collect the information required to process your order. Then we wrap up your item and send it off to you. You show it off to all your family and friends, because you'll look glamorous. After that you are merely a fine line in our financial and shipping records (but not in our hearts). So you can shop with piece of mind.

 

Color Match Policy

Our color chart can be used as a guide, as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution. For the best color match it is best to purchase our color ring.  Please choose carefully as all sales are final with no refunds.

Exchange/Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are allowed. Exchanges will only be accepted only if you received an incorrect item. 

    

Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item and it is unused and still in its original condition, you must make an exchange request by email within 5 days from the date you receive your order.  For approved returned items, a replacement item (the same item) will be shipped in exchange.

  

If your claim is authorized you will be issued an RA# (Return Authorization Number).  This number must be written on the outside of the package you are returning, otherwise, your exchange will be refused.  Please return to our address.

 

No unauthorized returns accepted

Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by Celebrity Hair Inc. Exchanges without RA number will be refused or returned to the customer at customers own expense.

 

No unsuitable Returns accepted

All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense. If merchandise unsuitable for restocking is sent to us, it will be held for 7 days pending the customer’s payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item (s) they will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.

 

Unclaimed Packages 
All packages that are unclaimed, undeliverable, refused, and returned by the post office will not be refunded shipping cost. If the customer does not pay to reship the item(s), the total minus shipping costs will be refunded. Shipping is non refundable. 

 

Notice

Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on".  We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.

 

We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns. As a necessary health precaution, the items must be returned in the original and resalable condition.  We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. Netting and tags must be attached in the original box or bags. Threads on the top of extension hair have to be placed in original condition.  Packing should not be marked, taped or attached by anything.
